Publications Office of the European Union (OP Portal) General conditions of dissemination and sale
These conditions apply to all products (hereafter called “publications”) offered via EU Publications by the Publications Office of the European Union (‘EU Publications Office’).
Availability of publications
All EU publications are freely accessible online in digital format at the EU Publications Office’s portal, with high-resolution print files (PDF/X) displayed whenever available to facilitate high-quality printing.
With these PDF/X files, you can reproduce as many copies of EU publications as you wish, within the limits of the general principles for reuse, by yourself, or with the help of a professional copy-shop, printer or specialised print-on-demand service.
A limited offer of publications is available in print format, while stocks last. The publications in stock are indicated by the blue « Request » button in their detail page.
If stocks should change by the time we receive and process your request, we will inform you by e-mail.
Delivery
The publications will be delivered to the postal address indicated at the time of your request.
The EU Publications Office cannot be held responsible for unsolicited requests for publications made by a user on behalf of (and/or delivered to) another person (recipient).
In the event of suspected misuse or abuse of the service offered, the EU Publications Office reserves the right to cancel requests.
The EU Publications Office cannot be held responsible for the consequences of any delay in delivery.
Damage or loss in transit
The EU Publications Office may replace publication(s) lost or damaged on or before delivery, subject to availability, if you notify us in writing, with appropriate supporting evidence.
Protection of personal data
Please refer to the Privacy statement on the protection of personal data.
Disputes and applicable law
Our aim is to settle any disputes amicably in the framework of these general conditions of dissemination. Please send any questions or complaints to the EU Publications Office.
These general conditions are governed by the law of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
